  1. Product overview

  DY series horizontal axial split oil transfer centrifugal pumps, are developed by our company which relied on advantage of aerospace fluid technology and combined with the advanced technology and experience of the inside and outside of the country. The design and manufacturing process meet API610-2004 "Petroleum, petrochemical and natural gas industries centrifugal" standards.

  2. Application

  This series of pumps are suitable for temperature less than 100 ℃ of crude oil, gasoline, diesel and other petroleum products and other free of impurities, non-corrosive media. Widely used in refineries, chemical and petrochemical industrial, also applies to power plants, steel mills, desalination, fire, oil field water injection system.

  4. Classification and Designation

  Pump designation

  500DY240-HY DY:Horizontal axial split oil multi-stage transfer pump; Capacity is 500m3/h,First stage impeller of multi-stage pump is single suction type, Head is 240m。

  5. Product feature

  Centrifugal pump was designed according to the tenth edition of API610 BB3 structure type, the pump suction, outlet located in the same housing (lower pump casing ), and is arranged on both sides of the case in horizontal direction, without dismantling the pipeline of suction and outlet when the pump was maintained, simple maintenance.

  6. Explosion proof design of the unit

  Components of all size oil transfer pump from parts of pump, motor, coupling, associated piping, instrumentation and all the skid-proof base adopted explosion proof design, the pump can be used in Zone 2 hazardous area environments T4 group.

  Pump material selection is API610 Tenth Edition Appendix H Table S-6, and suitable for transportation of flammable and explosive media; motor is flameproof motor / non-sparking motors, explosion-proof grade Exd Ⅱ BT4/Exn Ⅱ BT4, protection class IP55, insulation class class F, junction box protection class IP55; coupling cover is made ​​of 316L stainless steel, skid-mounted base is made of steel welded, comply with explosion requirement of API610 tenth Edition transportation of flammable and explosive media.

  Ground wire for motor and baseplate was set on unit, electrostatic jumper cable was set between the flanges. Electrical instruments, flameproof boxes and other electrical components all use proof grade Exd Ⅱ BT4 and above products, all cables wear proof protection flexible tube.

  Ensure the safety of plant operation explosion proof through the above measures.

  7. The reliability of the unit

  Through rational layout and design of the pump the structure and process measures to ensure the operational reliability of the pump unit, and meet the environmental requirements of the pump.

  Through the impeller itself balance and reasonable distribution of the impeller, axial force will be reduced to a minimum, through the rational distribution of each stage volute and special design of volute, the radial force which rotor bore was reduced to a minimum, so that the thrust bearings and radial bearings can operate at relatively low and stable load environment, thrust bearing and radial bearing temperature rise is small, low- temperature lubricant inside the bearing , lubrication and cooling effect is good, forming a virtuous circle, bearing operate reliably and bearing life has guarantee. Smaller axial and radial loads also reduce vibration and noise of the whole unit, the reliability of unit improved. In addition, the reduction of bearing load made power consumption less, improving the operating efficiency of the unit, and reducing operating costs of the pumping station.

  Through rational design of the rotor, precise calculations and check of the critical speed, the requirements G2.5 level dynamic balance and other measures for rotating parts, so that the rotor is stable operation , little vibration, to ensure the reliability and stability of the pump operation; meanwhile, though modal Analysis , staggered pump casing , pump rotor and base vibration frequency , to ensure stability during operation of pump, and greatly reduce the noise when the pump is running , the pump meet environmental requirements.

  8.1 The pump of channel structure
