1. Layout of plant equipment process
The new joint plant with the length of 129.8m, the width of 168m, single steel structure. The door of plant faces north, there are 7 spans of 24m. On the northern tip of workshop there are area of 6.8m×168m, make it as two-story office and living room, and the rest space is the production plant. The construction area is 22445m2.
Process layout: from west to east, the span of first and second two are machining shop, building area of 5760m2, set one 10t crane at each span, the large-scale equipment is placed in one of them; the third span is logistics center, set one 10t crane , construction area of 2880m2; the fourth span is ordinary device workshop, set one 5t crane , building area of 2880m2; the fifth, sixth span are assembly plant, layout product assembly, final assembly. Each span is set one 20t crane, the area is 5760m2; the north of the seventh span is experiment Station, building area 1000m2, the south is surface coating, the construction area is 1880m2, set one 20t crane in the span.
2. Layout of equipment
According machining process analysis of the product and the present production situation, taking into account to minimize equipment spare time, after repeatedly discussed, according to the production process characteristics of refined oil pump to finalize major equipment of a production unit: 4 sets CNC milling machine, 4 sets of horizontal boring machine, a CNC vertical lathe, a vertical machining centers, two radial drilling machine, 8 sets CNC lathes, 4 sets milling machines, 5 sets grinder, 1 Fast Wire Cutting, 2 Balancing Machine , a set of fluorescence detection equipment and two welding machines, make processing equipment of pump casing, pump cover, base plate, shafts, impellers and other main rotor assembly as main equipment, part of production process of key parts and other parts need outsourcing temporally.
Two shifts production, 250 working days per year, a production unit can meet production processing capacity of oil transfer pump of annual output 100 sets. Determining two production units to meet the production needs, based on production volume and production planning.
3. The hydraulic performance testing capabilities.
A set of large industrial pumps open test system: power 2500kw, flow 2500 m3 / h, speed 2980 r / min, pressure of pipe network is 15MPa, the inlet pressure is 1.2 MP;
A set of open test system: Power 1000kw, flow 1200 m3 / h, the outlet pressure 10MPa, the inlet pressure 1.2MPa;
Two set of closed test system: Power 320kw and 250kw, flow 1000 m3 / h, the outlet pressure 2MPa, inlet pressure 0.5MPa;
They can be done cavitations test, performance test and reliability run test, noise, vibration, pressure and cavitations and other tests to meet the large-scale and efficient industrial pump hydraulic performance testing and verification work.
